CORPORATE – TRAINING & SEMINARS

Training Methodology
All training provided by DTL in substance misuse recognition involves techniques which are non invasive. Our training ensures that course delegates are able to recognise the symptoms and signs of drug misuse and are able to record in a concise and factual manner what they see from their subject.

Liabilities
Health & safety at work regulations require employers to provide a duty of care to their employees. In addition all employees, under Human Rights Legislation, demand to work in a safe environment. Under the new Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Bill, currently working its way through Parliament, employers and employees may become more liable to prosecution than they are currently.

Alcohol and drug abusers in employment pose a danger not only to themselves but also other employees. We are available to consult on these matters and offer resolutions to these problems either by writing and implementing policy or the possibility of providing an early intervention and counselling programme.

Can your company not afford to take adequate steps to ensure the safety of your employees?

We will - EDUCATE your staff - MONITOR your policy and DETER further incidents
